International Networking: EANA: European Astrobiology Network Association

In the frame of the ISS programme, ESA requested to ensure the promotion of USOC activities towards scientists using the ISS. This objective is reached for the B.USOC through the participation to different international networks:

EANA (European astrobiology network association) has now minimal support from ESA HSO through a topical team, the ESA funding is used to support students attending EANA workshops, and ESA supports also the EANA education network ABC-net through the technical means of ESTEC-ERASMUS. Since July 2013, the secretariat of EANA is managed by B.USOC. This action was also completed by COST-CM 0805 (The chemical cosmos) which ended in April 2013.
